Hey! I'm AJ

I'm a software developer, with over 10 years (yikes) of experience building native mobile apps - primarily Android. SwiftUI and the overall move to declarative UI has helped me stay relevant in iOS/macOS dev, so I still like to dabble. I'm also constantly moving on to the next static website stack for my personal/fun sites.

I live in Akron, OH with my wife Hayley, our son Rory, and kitty Nova 🐈‍⬛

I also love playing games - primarily tabletop roleplaying games (though I also dabble in the video & board varieties). I'm particularly fond of D&D and other TTRPG's like Call of Cthulhu, Traveller, Alien, and more. I'm a 'forever DM' who is particularly invested in how to make the remote tabletop gaming experience better for me and my players.

In my free time I can be spotted walking around Cincinnati sipping coffee, hitting up a local brewery, or occasionally enjoying the links.
